1. Who is the Data Controller
Navira.global and related forms are used by Navira Global to advise on visas, relocation, documents, strategy and customer support.
If you have a question about personal data, write to us at sales@navira.global. We respond to requests within a reasonable time and may ask for proof of identity before making changes to the data.
2. What data can we receive
We receive data that the user voluntarily transfers: name, contacts, country of residence or citizenship, information about family, income, profession, purposes of relocation and selected services.
Also, the site can automatically receive technical data: IP-address, device type and browser, visit pages, transition source and approximate data on interaction with forms.
3. What data are used for
We use data to contact the user, prepare a consultation, evaluate a relocation scenario, calculate the applicability of services, arrange agreements and improve the operation of the site.
We do not sell personal data. Access to information is available only to employees, consultants and technical contractors who need this data to fulfill the request or support the service.
4. Transfer and storage
Data can be processed in communication services, CRM, analytics, hosting, payment and legal systems. We choose such services taking into account reasonable security requirements and business needs.
